The closer your primary spirit is to the level cap of 99, the higher their overall power level will be, so making sure your primary spirit is suitably leveled for a fight is the easiest way to keep these values up. Your team power level is determined by the power of your primary spirit, combined with the skills of your equipped support spirits.
